Vony Lending does not sell your personal information. We have never sold personal information and have no plans to do so. This page exists to inform you of your rights and to provide transparency about how we handle your data.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), "selling" personal information means disclosing it to a third party in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioural advertising purposes.
Vony does neither of these things.
As described in our Privacy Policy, we collect the following categories of personal information in order to provide our personal lending service:

We do disclose certain information to third-party service providers strictly for the purpose of operating the Service. These disclosures are not "sales" or "sharing" as defined by law because they are made for legitimate business purposes under written contracts that prohibit the recipients from selling your data or using it for purposes beyond providing their services to us.

Although we do not sell or share your personal information, you have the right under CCPA/CPRA to submit an opt-out request. If our practices ever change, any opt-out request you have submitted will be honoured.
To submit an opt-out request or to verify our data practices:
We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days.
You may designate an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorisation from you and verify their identity. We may contact you directly to confirm the request.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You will not receive different pricing, a different quality of service, or be denied access to the Service for making a privacy-related request.
If we ever change our practices regarding the sale or sharing of personal information, we will update this page, notify you via email, and provide you with a clear opportunity to opt out before any such change takes effect.
